Warpbay is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a flair for B2B tech sales to join our Mumbai office. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the data intelligence domain at events.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA as a plus. With 2-3+ years of experience, preferably within a tech startup or MICE industry, you'll lead sales and business development processes, generate demand, manage pipelines, and close deals.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll be required to research, engage, and forge lasting relationships with top-tier organizations, leveraging tools like LinkedIn for networking and CRM software for sales tracking. Analytical and decision-making skills, combined with strong communication abilities, are vital for this role.

Your task is to drive Warpbay's growth, requiring high organization and dedication. You must be Mumbai-based, ready to work from the office, and possess a solid understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Sales & BD process, from prospecting to deal closure
Conduct research, send targeted emails, engage on LinkedIn, and deliver presentations to attract leadership of target organizations
Nurture leads and build relations with department heads
Demand generation planning, pipeline management, B2B sales, and work closely with stakeholders such as CEO and Marketing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a Tech Startup or from the MICE industry
Good understanding of technology
Strong analytical mindset with capability for data-driven decision-making
Good verbal and written communication skills
Build a social presence focusing on LinkedIn
Highly organized in business development approach
